The Role
You will be responsible for the on-site and delivery-focused aspects of multiple hospitality projects, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. This role suits a hands-on Construction Project Manager who enjoys working closely with builders, consultants, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing construction delivery of new build and fit-out hospitality projects
- Overseeing site operations, programme, and sequencing
- Managing head contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitoring construction budgets, variations, and progress claims
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality, and statutory requirements
- Coordinating consultants and resolving site and design issues
- Managing works in live operational environments where required
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Background in hospitality, club, or commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with construction software's such as Procore, Jobpac, Acconex
