In this role, you’ll oversee multiple high-end residential projects, each supported by a team of dedicated Site Managers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring excellence in time, cost, and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout each project.
- Develop and manage project budgets; track and control costs to maximise value without compromising quality.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays proactively.
- Lead, support, and mentor Site Managers and project teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing high-end residential projects
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
