The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Contract Administration background who can confidently manage projects across the full construction lifecycle.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring someone who can step in and add immediate value. This role is not suited to fit-out or residential-only backgrounds.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in the commercial construction industry
- Strong background as a Contract Administrator, Senior CA, or Assistant Project Manager
- Experience working with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
- Proven experience delivering projects $10M+
- Demonstrated involvement across the full construction lifecycle, including:
- Demolition and early works
- Earthworks and in-ground services
- Structural and multistorey construction
- External and civil works
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- Education projects, including template schools
- Low-rise commercial construction
- Defence, Health, or Aged Care projects
- Manage projects from concept through to completion
- Take full ownership of programs, budgets, and commercial outcomes
- Lead and manage client relationships and all internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee OH&S compliance and site performance
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Drive project delivery to ensure outcomes are achieved on time and within budget
