What You’ll Do
- Oversee all aspects of the project including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Manage client relationships and ensure their expectations are met
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with building regulations
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide clear reporting to senior management and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or institutional construction
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, compliance, and risk management
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make practical decisions under pressure
