A well-established National Tier 2 builder is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their delivery team in NSW. They build high-quality Commercial and Industrial projects across Australia and have built a strong reputation with repeat clients for their collaborative approach and well-run projects.
This role will see you managing 1–2 projects concurrently, or leading 1 large complex build, with full accountability for delivery, client relationships, and commercial outcomes.
The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of industrial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
- Managing the full project lifecycle from design through to handover
- Leading project teams and working closely with Site Managers
- Program, budget and risk management
- Managing consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Running client meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring safety, quality and compliance standards are met
- Project reporting and financial forecasting
- Overseeing commissioning, handover and defects period
You will be a strong all-round Project Manager who enjoys being hands-on and working closely with site and commercial teams.
- Proven experience delivering new build industrial or commercial construction projects valued $30M+
- Strong financial and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
- Highly organised with strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Reputable and financially stable Tier 2 builder
- High-quality projects with repeat clients
