Project Manager
My client, is a well-established and growing commercial builder delivering high-quality projects across Australia. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team and take ownership of complex commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Projects are located in Brisbane and will be within the social housing, education and industrial space, valued up to $40M.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects across all stages, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget. You will work closely with senior management, site teams, consultants and clients to drive outcomes and maintain their reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial new build construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.
- Previous experience in managing commercial new build construction projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
- Is already living in QLD or has plans for immediate relocation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
