Project Manager
Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take the lead on a large scale new build project? We’re seeking a skilled professional to manage a social housing development on the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to handover.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, ideally in social or multi-residential housing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality standards.
- QBCC or relevant certification/licence preferred.
