Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for managing live environment hospitality projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Full project lifecycle management
- Budget control and cost reporting
- Programme management and subcontractor coordination
- Client liaison and stakeholder management
- Managing live site environments with minimal disruption
- Ensuring WHS and compliance standards are met
- Proven experience delivering hospitality build, fit out or refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of services coordination (essential in hospitality builds)
- Ability to manage fast-track programmes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar
