Together, we are looking for a Project Manager with a Civil background, a strong understanding of civil construction and exposure to various projects across sectors like Airports, Transport and Utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Plan and manage the entire lifecycle of civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope and timelines.
- Site Management: Coordinate site activities, including supervising staff, managing subcontractors, and coordinating plant hire.
- Budget & Cost Control: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, including conducting site audits, inspections, and promoting a "Fair and Just Culture".
- Documentation & Reporting: Handle project documentation, including contracts, tender documents, progress reports, and site safety documentation (SWMS).
- Proven PM experience in Civil Infrastructure projects
- Exposure to Airport or Transport projects from a Civil infrastructure perspective
- Experience on the contractor side
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
