Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion and handover
- Oversee commercial office fit-out projects valued up to $4M across Sydney CBD and metro locations
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, and procurement schedules
- Manage client relationships and provide regular progress updates
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and company standards
- Utilise Procore for project management, documentation control, RFIs, and reporting
- Identify and manage project risks, variations, and cost control
- Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects as a Project Manager
- Experience managing projects valued up to $4M
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience using Procore(essential)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Stable employment history within commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects
- Relevant construction qualification preferred
