Project Manager - Relocation to the Gold Coast
Are you a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a passion for luxury apartment projects? Design & Build Recruitment has partnered with a Head Contractor to secure an experienced and driven individual to lead the delivery of landmark luxury high-rise projects on the Gold Coast. Support with relocation from VIC, NSW, and New Zealand.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a premium high-rise residential development. From pre-construction planning through to handover, you’ll be working closely with an expert internal team, top-tier consultants, and trusted subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the successful delivery of a high-rise luxury residential projects in excess of $60M+
- Manage project programming, procurement, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
- Lead a collaborative team environment with a focus on quality and safety
- Report directly to the Construction Manager
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale high-rise residential or mixed-use developments
- A real love of multi residential projects
- Passionate about your team and project success
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship and premium finishes
- Relocation assistance: flights, accom, etc
- Work with an industry-leading developer builder known for delivering iconic luxury projects
