To be considered for this role;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction
- 5+ years as a Senior CA wanting a step up into Project Management
- Experience in projects exceeding $5mil + including heavy refurbishment and structures as either a CA or Assistant PM on Commercial Projects
- Degree qualified
- Determination to succeed with a project whilst working to build on existing client and sub-contractor relationships
- Management of full life cycle of project from conception through to completion
- Take full ownership of budget and timeline
- Management of client and all stakeholder both internal and external
- Management of OH&S
- Ability to problem solve proactively while working effectively as part of a team
- Energy and drive to achieve the best results for our clients
- Strong planning and organisational skills to deliver successful projects on time and on budget.
- Ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with all stakeholders
