They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their team and work on complex commercial construction projects valued up to $40m
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work
- Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
- High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
- Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Project Management on Commercial projects as a principal contractor
- Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or a trade background
- Previously worked on fitout, refurbishment and commercial new build projects valued up to $30m.
