Project Manager required for facade and building refurbishment projects in the Adelaide metro area. Well respected by their clients and competitors in the industry, this builder offers a great opportunity for you to gain exposure to high-profile projects.
Our client delivers an array of works from general construction and refurbishment works through to heritage or complex infrastructure. Their diverse portfolio is what attracts Australia's top talent and their flat line management structure is what retains them. Due to several newly awarded projects, there is an immediate
need for a Project Manager to join the team.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
• Managing the OH&S on site
• Assisting with Project Management
• QA of all works carried out
• Liaising with all key stakeholders relevant to the project
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
• Construction Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management with a builder
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency essential
• Experience delivering projects up to $15M in value (new build and refurb)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proven ability to meet strict deadlines
• Experience on defence projects is highly desirable
• DCAC clearance highly regarded
