The Opportunity
This role is suited to a commercially minded project leader who can balance program, cost, stakeholder management, and site delivery while maintaining strong financial and quality outcomes.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of various projects, delivering significant community importance. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to final handover.
- Lead and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams (Site Manager, Foreman, CA and PC).
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.
- Uphold WHS, compliance and environmental standards across all activities.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships in a sensitive project environment.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, community, or institutional projects ($10M+).
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
- Understanding and demonstrated experience with AS4000 contracts.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in complex and sensitive environments.
- Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail.
