The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with senior leadership and supported by an experienced delivery team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, project performance, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder engagement across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects
- Oversee project programming, budgets, procurement and delivery
- Lead and mentor project delivery teams including Contract Administrators, Project Coordinators, Site Managers and Supervisors
- Manage client, consultant and subcontractor relationships
- Monitor and control project financial performance
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Drive quality outcomes and maintain high client satisfaction
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business growth
About You
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager, Senior Contract Administrator or Assistant Project Manager
- Experience working on projects valued between $5 million and $20 million
- Exposure to new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
- Strong commercial acumen and contract administration knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Driven, organised and committed to delivering exceptional project outcomes
