To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the commercial construction industry.
- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Contract Administrator looking to transition into Project Management, or existing Project Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects valued from $10M+.
- Exposure to new build, refurbishment, and complex commercial construction projects.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage project budgets and financial outcomes.
- A proactive approach to stakeholder management and relationship building with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- A driven and solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving successful project outcomes.
- Managing the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through to completion and handover.
- Taking ownership of project budgets, programmes, and overall project performance.
- Managing client relationships and coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with all Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
- Identifying and resolving project challenges while maintaining programme and budget objectives.
- Leading project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Driving project delivery through effective planning, organisation, and communication.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Salary package of up to $200k + Super and benefits
