Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of TMR infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning and handover.
- Manage project scope, budgets, programs, procurement, contracts, risks and quality requirements.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, designers and internal project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with TMR specifications, standards, contractual requirements and Queensland regulatory obligations.
- Manage project reporting, forecasting, cost control, variations and change management.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues and constraints to maintain project outcomes.
- Maintain effective relationships with TMR representatives, government stakeholders, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting on progress, commercial performance, risks and key deliverables.
- Ensure strong WHS, environmental, quality and compliance outcomes across all project activities.
You will be an experienced infrastructure Project Manager with demonstrated, hands-on experience delivering TMR projects in Queensland.
To be considered, you will have:
- Proven TMR project delivery experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing major civil infrastructure, transport or road projects.
- Strong understanding of TMR specifications, standards, processes and project requirements.
- Experience managing project budgets, programs, contracts, variations and commercial outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly within government and transport infrastructure environments.
- Excellent communication, reporting and negotiation skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- A strong understanding of Queensland construction, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
