We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of electrical and renewable-energy projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, planning, design coordination, procurement oversight, execution, and final commissioning.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams across power systems, energy storage, and protection/control to ensure alignment with project deliverables.
- Engage with external suppliers, contractors, and service partners, managing interfaces and ensuring technical and commercial requirements are met.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Oversee contract administration, procurement milestones, and delivery against commercial obligations.
- Facilitate design reviews, technical workshops, and client meetings to ensure clarity on scope, expectations, and change management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline) or equivalent technical background.
- 5+ years’ experience in project management within power generation, transmission/distribution, renewable energy, energy storage, EPC, or related infrastructure sectors.
- Sound technical understanding of electrical networks, grid-connection processes, protection and control systems, and power-quality technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex multidisciplinary projects on time and within budget.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience with procurement, contract management, budgets, and risk assessment.
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate suppliers, contractors, clients, and technical specialists.
