About the Company
Our client is a well-established civil contractor known for delivering successful residential subdivisions, roads, drainage, and infrastructure projects. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and a reputation for quality and reliability, they are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead subdivision works from start to finish.

Role Overview
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of urban subdivision projects. You’ll work closely with site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of subdivision projects from tender to handover
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and council stakeholders
• Provide leadership to onsite teams and ensure effective communication across all parties

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction with a focus on urban subdivisions
• Strong technical understanding of earthworks, roadworks, sewer, stormwater, and water reticulation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with local authority and council specifications
• Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• Current driver’s license and construction white card
