Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full lifecycle of FRP civil packages across wind farm and substation projects
- Leading project delivery including programme, budget, subcontractor coordination, and reporting
- Working closely with site teams including Supervisors and Engineers to ensure smooth project execution
- Managing client relationships and maintaining strong stakeholder communication
- Overseeing project planning, procurement, and cost control
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
- Foundations and concrete structures for substations
- Wind turbine foundations
- Cable trenching and underground services
- Structural and civil works within power infrastructure projects
- Associated earthworks and drainage
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering FRP civil packages
- Background in wind farm, substation, or major power infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management
- Strong commercial and programme management experience
- Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors across multiple work fronts
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
