The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing commercial construction projects from award through to handover.
- Developing and maintaining project programs.
- Budget management, forecasting and cost control.
- Client, consultant and subcontractor management.
- Procurement and contract administration.
- Driving safety, quality and programme outcomes.
- Leading and supporting site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
- Experience managing projects valued between $5M–$20M.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- The ability to work across multiple projects and priorities.
- Relevant construction qualifications and a current White Card.
