Project Manager
A well-established Tier 2 commercial builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark project in Broadbeach. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a major development and play a key role in delivering a high-profile project from start to finish.
This respected builder has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial and mixed-use projects across Queensland, with a solid pipeline of work secured for the coming years.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a luxury 30 storey, 3 basement project in Broadbeach, overseeing all aspects of the build from planning through to completion. Working closely with senior leadership, site teams, and subcontractors, you will ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major commercial project
- Manage project budgets, programmes, procurement, and subcontractor performance
- Work closely with site teams to drive programme and construction outcomes
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Identify and manage project risks while driving solutions on site
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of contracts, programming, and cost control
- Experience managing large-scale builds and leading project teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to drive programme outcomes and maintain high quality standards
- Relevant construction qualification (Construction Management, Engineering or similar)
