Design & Build Recruitment is working with an award-winning D+C company specialising in luxury high rise developments across Brisbane and Gold Coast. Our client prides themselves on delivering outstanding results and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
The Role
We are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of luxury multi-residential projects. This role will suit someone with a proven track record in managing high rise apartment projects valued between $50 - $100M with excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
   
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain project integrity.
• Drive effective communication between all project participants.

• Proven experience managing high rise residential projects
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in excess of $50M.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and cost reporting.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.
