D&B Recruitment are now partnering with a civil contractor who in a short period of time, grown significantly in the Perth Market, driven by experienced and well connected directors, wanting to shape the market. With a family first attitude, and striving to be people focused, an opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team has become available, and they are searching for someone whose excited to part of their future ambitions.
The Role:
This role is suited for either a Senior Project Engineer with local project delivery experience wanting to take their next step, or an established Project Manager who is searching for a close group of professionals to work alongside, and be appreciated for what they do. This role will see you managing small to medium sized projects within the Perth Metro area, running them from procurement to completion.
To Be Successful, You will have:
- Experience in leading local project delivering, with involvement in procurement processes through to project delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities, wanting to mentor, train, teach and lead, and enjoy working with people.
- Strong administrative experience, including completing cost coding, invoicing.
- Experience with either Urban Development, Streetscaping or Hard/Soft Landscaping.
- A natural aptitude for managing client and subcontractor relationships.
- Prior experience in a Project Management, or several years as a Project/Senior Project Engineer on local projects.
- Software Proficiency with Microsoft & Jobpack (Highly Advantageous).
- Willing to travel to site/projects throughout Perth.
- C-Class Drivers Licence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Salary between $160,000 - $180,000 + Superannuation.
