Project Manager
Design & Build Recruitment is searching for a talented and motivated Project Manager who is looking to relocate to the Sunshine State - Queensland.
Specifically, we have several opportunities with leading developer builders and head D&C contractors in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast.
Current and immediate opportunities across high rise luxury apartments, mixed use commercial, sporting facilities, and industrial new build projects.
The Role:
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of new build projects. This role will suit someone with a proven track record in managing commercial/high rise residential/industrial new build projects with excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of new build construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.
Requirements:
- Serious plans to relocate to Queensland.
- Previous experience in managing new build construction projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
