Project Manager - Residential Construction

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing residential builder delivering high-quality custom build homes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with site teams, consultants, and clients.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing multiple residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role suits someone who is confident running jobs end-to-end and enjoys being close to the detail on-site while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of residential construction projects
• Oversee programming, budgeting, and cost control
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
• Report on project performance to senior management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (townhouses, custom homes or similar)
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially astute with strong budgeting and cost management experience
