A highly respected national builder is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver upcoming government, community, defence, education, and health projects across NSW. The Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects typically valued between $5M–$40M. You’ll lead a capable site and contract administration team, work closely with repeat government clients, and ensure best-practice safety, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project delivery from inception to handover
- Manage program, cost reporting, procurement, and subcontractor performance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee site teams to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Identify improvements in delivery processes and foster a collaborative team culture
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- Proven experience delivering new build projects in commercial, government, defence, education, health, or community sectors
- Demonstrated capability managing full project lifecycle valued $10M+
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build rapport, lead multidisciplinary teams, and navigate government stakeholders
