The Role
Design & Build Recruitment are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a social housing development in South Brisbane. The project is valued at $30M and is due to go on for around 18 months, with a strong pipeline of future projects they are searching for someone who is looking for longevity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial new build construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.
- Previous experience in managing commercial new build construction projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
- Is already living in QLD or has plans for immediate relocation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
