We’re representing a well-established Fire Services Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex design & construct fire projects across NSW. With over two decades in operation, they’ve built trusted partnerships with Tier 1 builders and are continuing to expand their major projects division. Their work spans large-scale residential and commercial towers, healthcare and hospital facilities, defence, and data centre projects.
They’re now looking for an experienced Fire Services Project Manager to join their growing team and take ownership of end-to-end delivery across both wet and dry fire systems.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing projects from design through to commissioning, ensuring quality, safety, and budget targets are met. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be working closely with site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to drive performance and outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing D&C fire services projects across wet and dry systems
- Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Managing budgets, procurement, and project schedules
- Liaising with Tier 1 builder clients and design consultants
- Coordinating with internal design and estimation teams
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements
- Proven experience delivering fire protection projects (wet and dry)
- Strong understanding of D&C delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently
- Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders highly regarded
- Salary up to $180k + Super + Car Allowance
