Project Manager
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high-rise residential construction? Design & Build are partnering with several of Brisbane's leading developer-builders and commercial construction companies who are experiencing significant growth and are looking to add exceptional Project Managers to their teams.

You will take ownership of major high-rise residential projects from commencement through to completion, leading project teams to deliver quality outcomes safely, on time and within budget.
Projects range from luxury apartment developments through to large-scale mixed-use and multi-residential builds across Brisbane.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of high-rise residential projects from start to finish.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and financial performance.
- Coordinate site teams, consultants, subcontractors and client stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive programme outcomes while proactively managing project risks.
- Mentor and develop Contract Administrators, Site Managers and wider project teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering high-rise residential or large commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong financial, contractual and programme management skills.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional communication skills.
- Relevant construction qualifications.
