We are working with a national modular builder that deliver complex, design led projects across Australia. The business works across luxury, modular and large scale construction projects including luxury resorts, retreats, hotels, and high rise developments.
They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of luxury resort projects across Australia. The role will involve managing brand new resort developments located throughout NSW, QLD and WA, including the Whitsundays, Mudgee, the Gold Coast and Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity offering occasional project travel, typically 2–3 days at a time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of modular resort projects
- Regular site visits to oversee progress, quality and program
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal factory teams
- Track program, costs and risks across multiple projects
- Use Procore for project, document and workflow management
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction - residential, hospitality or resort-style projects preferred
- Comfortable working across remote and interstate sites
- Strong communication skills and hands-on approach
- Procore experience highly regarded
