Our client is family owned contractor with over 60 + years in the industry.
They are a multiple vertical based business across Civil, Infrastructure, Concreting and Utilities.
Due to newly landed Civil construction projects they are seeking an experienced projects manager.
Your role as the Project Manager:
- Programming and budgeting the projects
- Liaise with subbies, clients and consultants on a weekly basis.
- Cost reporting's with the Estimators and CAs
- Site based, travel will be required between sites and the office
- Work alongside Site Managers to run the job sites
- Ability to travel between projects and the office, remain in a long-term role and work alongside other office staff and under the director of the business.
- Full drivers license
- Ability to work full time in an office and on site with regular office hours
