An opportunity is available for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead food safety and quality systems within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will drive compliance with regulatory and certification standards while fostering a strong quality culture across the site.
The Role:
- Manage site QA and food safety programs
- Conduct audits, maintain certifications, and close non-conformances
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and regulatory standards
- Develop SOPs and oversee packaging and labelling compliance
- Lead investigations and implement corrective actions
- Mentor and support QA team members
- Qualification in Food Science or related field
- 4+ years’ experience in food industry quality systems
- Strong HACCP knowledge and internal auditing experience
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Background in meat or high-risk food production preferred
