I’m currently partnering with a well-respected national Tier 2 construction company that has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Advisor to join their high-performing team in Brisbane.
This newly created position is ideal for someone who is passionate about construction quality, eager to develop deeper expertise in quality management systems, and motivated by the challenge of supporting multiple projects — from large-scale new builds to high-end fit-outs and remedial works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and report on quality risks, objectives, and opportunities for improvement
- Align quality systems with operational and strategic business objectives
- Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance and quality outcomes
- Conduct root cause analysis and support implementation of corrective actions
- Deliver engaging training on quality processes, systems, and tools
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
- Proven experience in a Quality Advisor or similar role within construction or engineering environments
- Good understanding of compliance, assurance, and risk management
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders across all levels of a project
- Exposure to a variety of project types and construction methodologies
