Salary: $300k + super + accommodation provided

- Both relocation and FIFO options available. Be home every weekend
- Leadership of the quality function and department on mega infrastructure project
- Creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, quality control and quality improvement.
- Prepare and monitor the project quality objectives, targets, KPI’s and related programs including status of quality NCR’s, reworks, and defects
- Work with the Client’s Representative on quality issues in accordance with the requirements of the deed. Liaise with the Client’s Representatives on quality matters.
- Ensure stakeholder communication is clearly carried-out, full engagement in Management reporting, Team management, Time management and effectively management of issues and non-conformances.
- Degree qualified in engineering, ideally civil
- 10+ years experience working on major infrastructure or energy projects in a Quality Leadership role
- Proven experience as Quality Manager in a tier 1 / principal contractor and managing $500m+
- Understanding of Inspection process and Inspection record managements
- Used to managing large multi-disciplined teams
