My client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager
to their team in a permanent capacity. They are widely known for delivering engineered solutions designed to improve safety, efficiency, and productivity on-site .
Responsibilities:
- Day to day manage a small team – Workforce planning and scheduling and training and mentoring the team
- Oversees daily quality operations and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the business, ensuring all quality processes align with industry standards
- Develop, maintain, and manage core quality processes such as non-conformance reporting, change management, audits, process capability analysis, and equipment calibrations.
- Oversee project documentation including material disposition records and inspection test plans.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with recognised quality management standards.
- At least 10 years of experience working in a similar manufacturing environment.
- An engineering degree or Trade qualification (machining).
- Previous experience managing a team
- Qualifications directly related to quality systems, such as auditing, ISO 9001, welding inspections, mechanical measurement
