The Role
You’ll be responsible for the commercial management of projects from early stages through to final account, working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cost planning, budgeting and financial reporting
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Assessing progress claims and managing variations
- Forecasting project costs and identifying risks
- Supporting project delivery to ensure commercial success
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Experience across commercial fit-out, refurbishment or construction projects
- Strong understanding of cost control, contracts and procurement
- High attention to detail with strong commercial acumen
- Confident communicator who works well within a team environment
