The Role
As part of their ongoing growth, our client is looking to expand their Adelaide-based team with experienced Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers. This role offers exciting career progression opportunities and flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and effective cost management for a wide range of construction and property projects
• Prepare detailed cost plans, bills of quantities, and estimates using CostX
• Oversee procurement strategies, tender evaluations, and contract administration
• Provide insightful cost reporting and risk analysis to support project outcomes
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 3–5+ years of industry experience, preferably in construction or property sectors
• Proficient in CostX and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
• Australian industry experience essential
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen (or full Australian working rights)
