What You’ll Be Doing:
Rates Database Management
- Maintain and develop our national rates database
- Validate pricing through quotes, supplier data, and independent research
- Apply regional pricing factors to maintain competitiveness
- Work alongside Project Managers to ensure scopes are complete and accurate
- Assist with negotiating prices from suppliers and subcontractors
- Offer insights and recommendations to improve cost-efficiency across jobs
- Previous experience in Quantity Surveying (residential or insurance construction highly regarded)
- Strong analytical and pricing skills
- Confident working with quotes, estimates, and supplier negotiations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment (Morningside-based)
- Experience with Priority or Prime Ecosystem software is a bonus — training provided
- Salary of $100k–$130k + Super (commensurate with experience)
