We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our growing team and ensure our projects remain cost-effective, accurate, and competitive.

What You’ll Be Doing:  

Rates Database Management

  • Maintain and develop our national rates database
  • Validate pricing through quotes, supplier data, and independent research
  • Apply regional pricing factors to maintain competitiveness
Estimator & Project Support
  • Work alongside Project Managers to ensure scopes are complete and accurate
  • Assist with negotiating prices from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Offer insights and recommendations to improve cost-efficiency across jobs
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in Quantity Surveying (residential or insurance construction highly regarded)
  • Strong analytical and pricing skills
  • Confident working with quotes, estimates, and supplier negotiations
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment (Morningside-based)
  • Experience with Priority or Prime Ecosystem software is a bonus — training provided
