Our client, a growing construction company, is seeking an enthusiastic Office Junior/Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time role (8am–4pm) providing key administrative support and being the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and managing enquiries with professionalism.
- Booking appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Managing emails and general office correspondence.
- Supporting the office team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
