About the Role
You’ll partner with hiring managers across the business to source, screen, and secure top talent for critical project positions. This is a fast paced role within an established internal recruitment team, where you’ll play a key part in meeting workforce demands on a nationally significant build.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white collar roles across engineering, project management, commercial, and corporate functions
- Liaise closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Proactively engage talent through job boards, networks, and direct approaches
- Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and offers
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and recruitment best practice
- Proven experience in internal recruitment or high volume project hiring
- Exposure to white collar roles within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work at pace
- Confident in direct sourcing and proactive candidate engagement
- 3 to 4 month initial contract with potential extension
