We’re seeking an experienced Blue and White Collar Recruitment Advisor to join our clients team and support major projects across WA!
This great opportunity to gain experience and make an impact on a high-profile project.
You’ll have the chance to work on one of WA’s most iconic construction projects currently under delivery, alongside an experienced and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of white collar roles (HSE Advisors, Commissioning Leads, Cost Controllers, Project Engineers etc)
- Identify, engage, assess, and onboard top talent across multiple disciplines.
- Participate in interviews and provide HR and onboarding support.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from offer to start date.
- Previous experience in blue and white recruitment(internal or agency).
- Ideally experienced recruiting for construction, infrastructure, mining roles.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems and sourcing platforms such as SEEK and LinkedIn.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
