We’re looking for an experienced Blue & White Collar Recruitment Advisor to join our client’s team and play a key role in delivering recruitment outcomes across one of WA’s most significant infrastructure projects.
With a project value exceeding $1 billion, this is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced project team, recruit talent across a diverse range of disciplines and gain exposure to a genuinely high-profile project that is shaping WA’s future.
Based in a CBD office, you’ll be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment where your recruitment expertise will directly contribute to the successful delivery of the project.
What You'll Be Doing You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a range of project roles, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify and secure the right people.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue and white collar positions.
- Recruit a diverse range of project professionals, including HSE Advisors, Commissioning Leads, Cost Controllers, Project Engineers and other specialist roles.
- Source and proactively engage high-quality candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
- Screen, interview and assess candidates against project requirements.
- Coordinate offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver targeted recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records through the ATS.
- Provide a professional and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through to commencement.
- Support broader HR and onboarding activities as required.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in blue and white collar recruitment, either agency or internal.
- Experience recruiting within construction, infrastructure, mining, engineering or major projects highly regarded.
- A strong understanding of sourcing and attracting hard-to-find talent.
- Experience using SEEK, LinkedIn and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to pick up the phone and engage candidates.
- The ability to work autonomously while being part of a wider project team.
