A well-established international architecture practice is seeking a Registered Architect to join their Perth studio in a senior, hands-on delivery role. This position suits an architect who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, leading teams, and remaining actively involved in Revit-based documentation.
This is a permanent role with an immediate start available.
The Role You will sit within the Perth team, working primarily on Australian retail projects, with exposure to international collaboration depending on project demand. Team alignment may shift between retail accounts, and you’ll occasionally coordinate with overseas studios in India, the UK, and Brazil.
The role spans all project phases, and the studio is open to candidates with either stronger design leadership or delivery-focused backgrounds — as long as you are comfortable being hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead retail projects through design, documentation, and delivery
- Work extensively in Revit, including hands-on drafting and model management
- Lead and mentor junior team members within the Perth studio
- Coordinate with interstate and international teams when required
- Contribute to both design intent and technical resolution
- Gradually step into client-facing responsibilities as relationships develop
- Support quality, consistency, and best practice across documentation
- Registered Architect
- 5–7+ years’ Australian retail experience
(e.g. Coles, Woolworths, Uniqlo or similar — developer-side experience also considered) - Excellent Revit capability and genuinely comfortable drafting
- Experience leading teams and mentoring others
- Perth office-based: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH
