An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join a leading commercial workplace design and fit-out business delivering fully integrated strategy, design, and construction solutions.
This role will suit a proven BDM from the commercial fit-out sector, tenant representative, leasing, client side project manager or architect who thrives on building relationships and converting opportunities into high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial workplace fit-out opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, client side project managers, tenant representatives, agents, corporate real estate teams, and consultants
- Lead client pitches and manage the proposal-to-contract process
- Partner closely with internal strategy, design, and delivery teams to convert opportunities into successful projects
- Ensure client objectives are met through high-quality, on-time, and commercially successful outcomes
- Proven success in a client-facing role within commercial real estate, commercial interiors, fit-out, or architecture
- Strong existing network across the commercial property and workplace sectors
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Commercially astute, confident in client negotiations and stakeholder management
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating in a design-led environment
- Salary up to $250,000 package including super, depending on experience
