Reporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside the Home Sales Consultants, you will kick-start your sales career OR operate as a stable back-bone of support to the sales consultants. This well known project home builder has a long-standing household name in the NSW housing market and is consistently known for their brand and quality builds, meaning you can truly work on selling a brand you can trust.
In this role you will wear many hats - Sales Admin, Customer Service, Display Host and assist the Sales Manager across sales analytics and coordination. You will operate from their gorgeous display homes in the SW or NW on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, however your remaining two days will see you working from home - fantastic work/life balance! This diverse role will see you working across;
- Meet & greet of all customers to enter the display home centres & home centre maintenance
- Qualifying all clients and leads giving you broad exposure to the selling landscape
- CRM database management (HUBSPOT)
- Ordering reports for the construction teams and planning certificates
- Booking meetings for Home Consultants
- Market research
- Reporting on trends and providing feedback to Manager & Sales Consultants surrounding customer visits and feedback
- Understanding of marketing material
- And more!
You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment. You will also possess;
- 2 years professional experience within a customer service / sales role & environment
- Experience within residential construction OR real estate is a MUST
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Available to work on weekends & public holidays ( you will work a 5 day roster with your days off being weekdays)
- Fantastic customer service / phone etiquette
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of $60-6K+superannuation + $500 bonus commission for every sale introduced!
