They are now seeking a highly skilled Reliability Manager to lead reliability strategies and ensure world-class asset performance across their Wetherill Park facility.
The Role As the Reliability Manager, you will drive the development and execution of reliability and maintenance strategies that support safe, efficient and sustainable operations. You will work closely with operations, engineering and technical teams to optimise asset performance, reduce downtime and embed best-practice methodologies throughout the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of reliability and maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Technical teams to enhance equipment performance and support production goals.
- Utilise CMMS tools to track asset performance, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and drive data-driven improvements.
- Develop predictive and preventative maintenance programs using reliability-centred approaches.
- Champion asset management excellence, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
- Support capital projects by providing reliability insights and engineering expertise.
- Lead and mentor maintenance and reliability personnel to build technical capability across the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
- Proven experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong capability with CMMS systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in implementing reliability improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
