This is a 6-month opportunity with the potential for either fixed-term or contract engagement, working on high-rise remedial and façade-related projects.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations across remedial concrete repair works, coordinating trades, maintaining programme and safety compliance, and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard.
Projects involve working on a 12-storey building in a swing stage environment, making previous remedial or façade remediation experience highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise remedial concrete repair works on site
- Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
- Ensure OH&S compliance and safe work practices
- Liaise with project teams and site management
- Monitor programme, productivity and quality outcomes
- Oversee works at heights and swing stage operations
- Proven experience as a Foreman within remedial construction or concrete repair
- Experience on façade or cladding remediation projects highly regarded
- Comfortable working on swing stages and high-rise environments
- Current Working at Heights ticket essential
- Strong safety and leadership capability
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site coordination effectively
- Approx. 6 months of secured work
- Project locations in Northcote or Footscray
- Salary package around $140K + Super
