Design & Build have an exciting opportunity with leading remedial and residential contractor, renowned for their commitment to quality and excellence.

In response to growing demand, they have recently expanded their Remedial division which has already successfully delivered multiple projects. As a result of their ongoing growth and pipeline of works, there's an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to assist in the delivery of projects whilst having the opportunity to progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of cladding, waterproofing, concrete remediation (spalling repair), structural rectification works from concept to completion.
  • Supporting the Contract Administrator, Site Manager and Project Manager in both office and site environments. 
  • Procurement and tender activities, including obtaining quotes, conducting tender evaluations, and preparing scopes and contracts. 
  • Enforcing safety protocols, placing material orders, coordinating equipment, and overseeing authority permits. 
  • Assisting with financials, including reporting and supplier/trade payments. 
  • Scheduling meetings, documenting minutes and ensuring items are tracked and completed. 
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualified in Construction Management (or equivalent). 
  • Ideally 2-3 years' experience in a similar role across residential construction or alternatively in remedial insurance building. 
  • A commitment to quality and strong attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience working with remedial builders, certifiers, and strata managers is highly regarded.
